Exchanges & Cancellations

For a size exchange, contact us within 7 working days of delivery with your order number. Items must be unused, unwashed and with original tags. Exchanges depend on availability; contact us before sending an item back so we can confirm instructions and applicable shipping costs.

We do not offer change-of-mind returns or refunds. For damaged, defective, incorrect or materially misdescribed goods, contact us promptly with details and photographs; we will arrange an appropriate remedy, including a refund where required by applicable law. This policy does not limit statutory consumer rights.

You may request cancellation before dispatch. If payment has already been received for an accepted cancellation, contact us to arrange reimbursement.
